How to Oil Your Hair:

Warm up the oil

You can heat it up in a small metal cup above the stove, using a double-boiler method with glass, or my personal favorite - using your hands. Rubbing the oil in between your hands is the fastest way to warm up the oil before applying it directly to your scalp and hair.

Part your hair into sections and apply the oil to your scalp using your fingertips. Massage in circular motions to stimulate blood flow. Work the oil through the length of your hair to ensure even distribution.
